    Amy Gnann was born and raised in North Central Florida. Amy originally joined Fletcher Family of Companies working with Gloria W. Fletcher P.A. in 2014. In March 2015 following 20 plus years in the legal field she chose to join the real estate development side of the Fletcher Family of Companies.

    Today, Amy serves as an Operations Manager for the Fletcher Family of Companies; she assists with the planning, design and development of our new subdivisions and assists with site selection, development and operational issues within BSBC Chicken. In June 2015 Amy chose to take the State of Florida Real Estate licensure exam. Today she uses that license to represent her own clients as well as the Fletcher Families commercial leasing and new home construction divisions. Amy is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville class 44.

    Amy is married and has one grown daughter.

    Ashley Fletcher grew up in Fort Lauderdale and has worked in the property management industry for more than a decade. In 2014 she formed the homeowner’s association property management division for W Group Property Management, LLC. Ashley currently serves as an advisory committee member of the Ronald McDonald House.

    Blake Fletcher, a fourth-generation Floridian, was born and raised in Alachua County, Florida. Blake attended Oak Hall High School before attending Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. At Millsaps, he recolonized the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. International business studies took him to the London School of Economics; Munich, Germany; Florence, Italy; and the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. He also interned with Merrill-Lynch in New York, the State of Florida Chief Financial Officer, and State Board of Administration in equity management.

    Blake serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Partner for the Fletcher Family of Companies. The Fletcher Family of Companies are a group of real estate and property managment companies along with a construction company and several other investment interests.

    In December 2009 Blake began actively serving the community through professional involvement with the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization’s Citizens’ Advisory Committee (MTPO-CAC); and Partners in Adolescent Lifestyle Support (PALS) Program. He’s also been actively engaged in the Newberry-Jonesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2010 - 2015, serving as president from 2011-2013. Additionally, he served on Alarion Bank's Advisory Committee from 2012 -2014.

    As a graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 35 in 2011, Blake continued his Chamber of Commerce involvement and was invited to participate in the inaugural Business Community Coalitions Public Leadership Institute’s seminal class. Delving further in Chamber’s programs, Blake was one of three Chamber of Commerce appointees to the Business Community Coalition Advisory Board and a 2015 graduate of Leadership Florida’s Connect Florida program (class 5). He is also Business in the Heart of Florida ‘40 under 40’ recipient.

    In 2013 he was elected to the Builders Association of North Central Florida Board of Directors. In 2015 Governor Rick Scott appointment Blake to the Santa Fe College District Board of Trustees. He proudly brings his commitment, community engagement, and business expertise to both boards.

    George E. “Cotton” Fletcher was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on January 13, 1931 and moved to Newberry, Florida at age 1 and to the family farm at age 11. The farm became a 2,000 acre farm and cattle ranch. On the farm they produced corn, tobacco and vegetables. Harvesting and milling timber for warehouses, sheds, fences, cattle pens on the land and an additional 1,000 acres of leased land stretching from Jonesville to North Florida Hospital. The lumber was also used in the John Deere Tractor dealership; Fletcher Farm Equipment Company in Newberry for vegetable process shed and equipment storage.

    Cotton attended Gainesville High School; graduating in 1948; 1 year college at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida; 2 years at the University of Florida. Cotton enlisted in the US Air Force; he was selected to attend officer candidate school and upon completion became a 2nd Lieutenant at age 22 in 1953. He separated from active Air Force duty in 1956, and then worked in the John Deere Tractor dealership until the dealership was sold in 1986. By 1986 he was already developing residential subdivisions and building homes. His first development was Pine Hill Estates on Newberry Road in 1960. Cotton has continued to develop as sole owner or a principle in 25 residential subdivision, one 320 unit apartment complex, and 5 commercial and office properties.

    Cotton continued in the Air Force Reserves until March 30, 1975 retiring with the rank of Major.

  • Don Davis

    Don Davis was born in Louisville, Georgia but because he moved to Gainesville just as he was entering High School, he refers to Gainesville as his home. After graduating from Gainesville High School and Santa Fe College, he earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida, majoring in Finance. Don worked for Sears Roebuck before entering the banking industry as a commercial trainee with Barnett Bank. He moved to First National Bank of Alachua after Barnett was purchased by Bank of America in 1998. He was named President of the Gainesville Market in 2005 when First National Bank of Alachua was purchased by Capital City Bank. After 31 years as a banker in Gainesville, Don retired from Capital City Bank at the end of 2016.

    He believes strongly in community involvement. He is currently a member of the CareerSource of North Central Florida Board, Florida Track Club, Gainesville Area Rowing, Gainesville Arts and Parks Foundation Board, Gainesville Electric Vehicle Association, Gainesville Quarterback Club, Gainesville Rotary Club, Professional Health and Health Professions at UF Health Board, Matheson Museum’s Advisory Council and the US Green Building Heart of Florida Board.

    Prior accomplishments and awards include participating in Leadership Gainesville 17, Leadership Florida, Gainesville Quarterback Club (Captain), Matheson Museum (President), Newberry Lions Club (President), North Florida Tractor Club (Secretary), Florida Track Club (Treasurer), Friends of Dudley Farm (President) and Newberry Chamber of Commerce (President).

    In his spare time, Don competes in rowing regattas. He is also a historian and writer, concentrating on the history of Newberry, Florida and the related phosphate industry. Don and his wife, Sandy (retired Research Physical Therapist who still teaches part-time at the University of St Augustine) make enjoying their granddaughter, Presley Mae Miller, the highest of priorities.

    Shaun Morris is an Operating Partner of BSBC Chicken LLC focusing on the development and management of franchised Zaxby’s locations in greater Orlando, Florida. Shaun is responsible for managing day to day operations, as well as identifying and developing talented team members into larger roles within the growing organization. Shaun also helps to identify and acquire viable real estate and manage the business side of BSBC Chicken LLC.

    Shaun began his career with Zaxby’s largest licensee Zax Inc. in 2002 as an entry level cook in Gainesville, Florida while pursuing a Business Degree from the University of Florida. He eventually moved into the General Manager role in 2007. Shaun received recognition from Zax Inc. for managing the top performing location in the company in both 2008 and 2009 out of 70+ locations in the southeast, as well as leading the company in Corporate Inspections and Guest Satisfaction.

    In 2009, Shaun graduated from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

    In 2011, Shaun was promoted to Multi-Unit Manager with Zax Inc. and relocated to Asheville, North Carolina to onboard six existing locations in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina into the Zax Inc. system.

    From 2011-2016, Shaun relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and eventually Raleigh, North Carolina. Here he was responsible for opening eleven newly built locations in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Arkansas, and Louisiana, managing 6-10 locations at a time for a total of 25 locations during this period. In addition to these projects, Shaun worked with the home office in Athens, Georgia to streamline efficiencies in all aspects of the store opening process including planning, training, and support, as well as assisting other multi-unit managers in the opening process.

    In 2016, Shaun made the decision to partner with Boris, Blake, and Cotton not only to build and manage restaurants, but to continue to develop people to pay forward the investment Zax Inc. and numerous mentors made in himself.

  • Toney Sullivan

    Toney was born and raised in North Central Florida and has lived in the area his entire life. After graduating from Trenton High School, he attended Santa Fe College and graduated with a degree in Building Construction in 1999. After completing his degree he earned his state contractors license and began building around the Gainesville area. 

    During his 15+ years in business he constructed over 200 homes and several small commercial projects. In 2016 he began his career in full-time commercial construction taking a job with Concept Construction. There he was in charge of primarily the restaurant division of the company with the construction of projects such as Zaxby's, Sonic, and Piesanos. 

    In 2018, Toney began with Fletcher Family Companies to run the construction side of the company.
