Fletcher Family Companies is a multi-generational business organization that has been operating for over 90 years. The company has a rich history, starting with farming and livestock, and later expanding into various industries, including real estate, construction and property management. Led by George E. “Cotton” Fletcher, the company has grown to include over 20 ultra-successful enterprises, thanks to its ability to recognize potential in a wide range of industries.

Seeing a need for farming equipment George opens a farm equipment dealership

Fletcher Farm is almost 2,000 acres and has cattle, Tobacco, Watermelons, and Sun Flowers to name a few.
Cotton Fletcher returns home after serving in the Air Force
Pine Hill Estates
Seeing the growth in the community, George’s sons, Cotton and Richard Fletcher subdivided their first neighborhood.
Residential Development
Cotton Fletcher exits farming and starts full time in residential construction and development
Fletcher's Mill
Gloria W. Fletcher leaves the State Attorney’s Office and forms Gloria W. Fletcher P.A. Cotton Fletcher pulls his last residential permit and focuses on development full time.
A Decade of Change
Fetcher Companies adds Ashley Fletcher as President of W. Group Property Management. Fletcher Construction is reborn.
