Jonesville

Jonesville

The Fletcher Family’s commitment to the Jonesville area began in the 1930’s when George Washington Fletcher bought his first piece of real estate in what was then, Newberry but is better known today as Jonesville. Since then his son George E. “Cotton” Fletcher has continued to help the area grow from what was once predominantly farming into one of Gainesville’s most desirable areas. Today Jonesville represents a thriving area with an abundance of new housing developments and commercial opportunities.

What's Next?

As the Jonesville Activity center continues to grow, we look forward to being part of that expansion and finding new opportunities to help people live, work and play in this area. With numerous properties totaling over 30,000 Square Feet of office and retail, and roughly another 100,000 SF planned inside the Activity Center, there are lots of opportunities to make an impact. Currently we’re working on an expansion to our Sherwin Williams building, and looking for retail and office tenants to fill out our expansion and vacancies as they become available. Along with expanding existing projects, there are also several opportunities for single tenant retail buildings along Newberry Road.

Fletcher Plaza

Fletcher Plaza

Fletcher Plaza is an 8.5 acre three phase 122,000 +/- SF lifestyle center. The center is proposed to have 74,000 square feet of non-residential uses and potentially 67 apartments or condos. There are 4 out parcels to the project 2 facing 24th Avenue and 2 facing Tower Road with several interior buildings planned. Located minutes from multiple Publix shipping centers, Home Depot, Butler North, The Oaks Mall, Gainesville’s two largest Subdivisions Haile Plantation and Oakmont and directly adjacent to a Walgreens, CVS, Bellamy Grande Apartments, an assisted living facility and the Tower 24 mixed use development this site has a ton of potential going forward.

What's Next?

With land use and zoning in place and the recently approval of site plan for phase 1 which is 2 buildings facing Tower Road consisting of 10,700 square feet and 7,200 feet in the second we are currently working leasing options for this phase. We hope to bring phase one out of the ground later this year and have continuous construction over the next few years while we work with potential occupants through either purchase or lease options to bring this center to life.

Legacy Fountains

Legacy Fountains

Legacy Fountains is a mixed use development at the corner of SW 24th Avenue and 52nd Street. Adjacent to the project sits a half dozen plus apartment and town home communities while roughly a mile north sites the Oaks Mall, Gainesville's only mall, and a roughly a mile South is Butler North, an almost 800K square foot expansion to the already existing 1.3M square foot Butler Plaza. This project sits on the only corridor to connect both projects. The mixed used P.D. zoning allows for a host of commercial, office and residential uses.

What's Next?

With site plan approval ahead of us we’re exploring options to either develop or sell the property to end users.
